Supporting individuals affected by domestic violence, intimate-partner violence, sexual violence, and other unsafe circumstances through practical assistance, information, community connections, and referrals to appropriate services.

Helping individuals and families facing housing insecurity connect with relevant resources and pathways toward safer, more stable living circumstances.
Economic Empowerment
Helping women and individuals overcome barriers to employment and entrepreneurship by providing education, mentorship, practical guidance, business support, and connections to opportunities.

Drawing on extensive grassroots experience in refugee sponsorship and settlement to help newcomers navigate community life, build connections, and access resources and opportunities.

Our Commitment to Afghanistan
Limina recognizes that the experiences of Afghan women and girls cannot be separated from the broader realities affecting women’s rights and freedoms in Afghanistan. We are committed to raising awareness, amplifying voices, supporting humanitarian efforts, and developing responsible initiatives that can create meaningful opportunities for Afghan women and girls.
As our capacity grows, we aim to contribute to initiatives that prioritize sustainable opportunity and self-reliance rather than dependence on short-term aid alone — including exploring future partnerships that can support education, employment, entrepreneurship, and dignified livelihoods for women and girls.
Limina also recognizes the extreme vulnerability of marginalized people in Afghanistan and seeks, as organizational capacity and lawful pathways permit, to advocate for safety, dignity, and opportunity for those facing severe discrimination or persecution.
